Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2015 Ram 1500. The contact stated that the bolts located on the exhaust manifold persistently fractured. Due to the failure, there was an abnormally strong gasoline odor inside the cabin of the vehicle. The vehicle had been taken to a dealer and an independent mechanic for the bolts to be replaced; however, the cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000. The VIN was not available.
