Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM 1500. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS AT A STOP, EXHAUST FUMES ENTERED THE CABIN. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE HEATER AND AIR CONDITIONER WERE UNABLE TO OPERATE DUE TO THE EXHAUST FAILURE. THE FUMES CAUSED THE CONTACT TO BECOME DIZZY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN UNKNOWN DEALER IN CHICAGO, IL, BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 184,000. THE VEHICLE IS EQUPPED WITH A DIESEL ENGINE. *DSY
