The contact owns a 2017 Ford Explorer. The contact stated while driving 70 MPH, the passenger's side windshield panel separated. The contact continued driving. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was opened. An unknown dealer was notified of the failure and provide the contact a cost for the repair. The vehicle was not repaired.
