NHTSA Complaint #11537529 — 2017 FORD MUSTANG

The contact owns a 2017 Ford Mustang. The contact stated while attempting to unlock the vehicle using the key fob, the vehicle failed to unlock. The contact had a locksmith examine the vehicle, and the battery was replaced; however, the failure recurred. On another occasion while driving 30 MPH, the back prevention camera display illuminated. The dealer was contacted and stated that the vehicle needed to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 122,479.
