Consumer Description
My 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle with 9K miles has started shutting down while driving making it very scary and unsafe. A message will pop up on the dash "STOP SAFELY My 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle with 9K miles has started shutting down while driving making it very scary and unsafe. A message will pop up on the dash "STOP SAFELY Vehicle Will Shut Off Soon" then the vehicle powers off. It will happen at different times: with cruise control on while on an interstate, on a highway or driving in town at speeds under 35mph. After researching online apparently this has been an issue with the Hybrid Pacifica for several years. Chrysler has not been any help to our local Chrysler dealer for a fix.
