Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that the infotainment system was stuck in reboot mode. Additionally, the contact stated that the rearview camera failed to turn on intermittently and the rearview camera image was intermittently blurry. There was no warning light illuminated. An unknown dealer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was unknown.
