Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 Ram 2500. The contact stated while pulling out of the driveway, there was a message stating that the sensors were not connected. Additionally, the ABS warning light and several other unknown warning lights were illuminated. The dealer was contacted and stated that the vehicle needed to be diagnosed. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the vehicle needed to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 78,000.
