The contact owns a 2020 Ram 3500. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22E069000 (Fuel System, Diesel) however, the contact was not satisfied with the kit designed to do the recall repair. The contact stated that the remedy reduced the fuel capacity of the fuel tank in order to address the recall. The contact stated that the manufacturer did not offer a reasonable remedy for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
