Consumer Description

While driving over Donner Summit (7000 ft elevation) on HWY 80 towards Reno, the Sun Roof shattered with a loud pop. Fortunately, the sun roof visor was closed so shattered glass didn't make it into the car. I have been reviewing online forums and have found there are other instances of this happening with a similar vehicle like mine which is a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. https://www.jeepgarage.org/threads/shattered-sunroof.240280/
