Consumer Description
At 2,702 miles on the odometer. Vehicle lost all forward gears while driving. No indication of problem before catastrophic transmission failure. Vehicle has been inspected by dealer and transmission failure has been confirmed. Dealer states failure is related to Ram TSB 21-002-23 SUBJECT: K1 Clutch Snap Ring Repair OVERVIEW: This bulletin involves replacing the K1 clutch drum snap ring and possibly the K1 input shaft drum sub-assembly. MODELS: 2022 - 2023 (DD) RAM 3500 Cab Chassis 2022 - 2023 (D2) RAM 3500 Pickup 2022 - 2023 (DP) RAM 4500/5500 Cab Chassis
