The contact owns a 2020 Ford Escape. The contact stated that while opening the front driver’s side door, the three rivets from the door punctured through the door. After the failure it was discovered that the front driver’s side window would not operate as designed. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The approximate failure mileage was 46,000.
