Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 Ford Focus. The contact stated while his wife was driving 35 MPH, the vehicle started to hesitate and idle rough. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. A dealer was not contacted. Upon investigation, the contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 18V735000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
