NHTSA Complaint #11515731 — 2011 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE

The contact owns a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, several unknown warning lights illuminated. Additionally, the windshield wiper started to function erratically, and the steering wheel became stiff. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that the vehicle had experienced a power module failure; however, the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 149,000.
