Consumer Description

Pre-collision assist turns off randomly, This event disables the safety features. When in cruise control the brakes are applied.. This a happened at 65 mph. almost causing an accident. The dealer has tried many times to correct the problem and has been unable to. He has been in contact with ford and they cannot provide a repair. They are aware of the issue
