NHTSA Complaint #11514435 — 2022 JEEP CHEROKEE

New car after 1000 miles when I put it in reverse to back up the car, once I press down the brake pedal it making loud dada tapping noise, I brought it back to dealership 3 times and never been fixed, 2nd time they change the front rotors and noise is gone for 5 days, then tapping noise back again, some times when on D driving mode when slow down on traffic light speed down to 5-10mph, some time can hear that noise too.
