Consumer Description

New car after 1000 miles when I put it in reverse to back up the car, once I press down the brake pedal it making loud dada tapping noise, I brought it back to dealership 3 times and never been fixed, 2nd time they change the front rotors and noise is gone for 5 days, then tapping noise back again, some times when on D driving mode when slow down on traffic light speed down to 5-10mph, some time can hear that noise too. I also try to bring to different dealership to get this fix but when reception hear is tapping noise in reverse then told me schedule only available after 2 month and ask me should bring it to where I bought it from, so I strongly believe manufacturer and dealership they all knows this issues but can not fix it, please have someone inspect this issue, if need my car please call me or email me any time, thanks, and my name is [XXX] INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
