Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, she heard a whining sound located on the front passenger’s side of the vehicle. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the transmission was faulty. The dealer was notified of the failure and the contact was advised to speak with the manufacturer. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 83,146.
