Consumer Description

Rear Left Upper Shock Absorber Mount Splintered into three and sheared off. This problem is happening to other late model F-150 owners https://www.f150forum.com/f118/broken-shock-frame-mount-496255/ Someone just posted that the left rear upper shock mount sheared off on his 2022 F-150 FX4 I have no left rear shock and I took it to the Ford dealer and they didn't even attempt to warranty repair the truck. I do not understand anything over the phone due to my hearing, please email me at [XXX] On the evening of March 11, I had just ate dinner at a Italian restaurant and saw my left rear shock absorber laying on the ground. This shouldn't be happening on a truck that is not even five years old and doesn't even have 100,000 miles on it. Ford should be fixing my truck period. This is a safety issue.
