NHTSA Complaint #11513004 — 2019 HOLIDAY HOUSE 18RB

This problem pertains to a Holiday House Travel Trailer, model 18RB. The frame is not per Holiday House published specifications. The aluminum that was used for the frame is smaller and thinner than what HH specified. The frame is starting to sag which is the same problem reported by other owners prior to total frame failure. Since the frame has not failed yet and no crash occurred, I can't answer some the questions below. I inspected the frame on August 5th of 2022 and HH agreed in a phone call that my frame needs to be strengthened. I spoke with both [XXX] and [XXX].
