Consumer Description

1) The main frame on the trailer cracked , and the trailer is now sagging . The tire is rubbing on the wheel well. 2) The risk is the trailer will collapse on the wheel , and the wheel will lock up , causing the trailer to swerve and/or flip over 3) I spoke with the Holiday House president , Steve Ragland and with Chuck Frederick at the company back in June . They both acknowledged that it was a design problem with the frame on the 18RB models . and that it would be addressed, but they haven't followed up with any details, despite several calls and notes requesting information. .
