The contact stated the vehicle was consuming 8-quarts every month without evidence of an oil leak. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle had not been taken to the dealer. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 155,000.
