The contact owns a 2013 Ford Edge. The contact stated that the dashboard was cracked nearby the passenger's side air bag compartment. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was determined that the dashboard needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
