Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2007 Lexus IS350. The contact stated that the dashboard was melting and becoming sticky. The failure caused the dashboard to become shiny impeding the view of the driver. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the letter was mailed to the previous owner regarding a repair for the failure and the deadline was missed for the dashboard replaced.
