Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the ‘Service Vehicle Soon” warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taking to Auto Zone where it was diagnosed as a transmission failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 91,000.
