NHTSA Complaint #11506912 — 2022 HONDA ODYSSEY

The vehicle has lost its power during the drive. As I was pulling the vehicle out of the driveway, the vehicle was completely shut off and immediately turned on. A few month later, similar thing happen. This time I tried cold start and it never cranked just on for a second and then lost the power compeletly. It happened one more time and I took it to the dealership. They said there is no issue with the battery, the assume the batter power is not enough for the vehicle. Even it has a geniue battery that was never replaced from the very first purchase it is not supporting the vehicle. It has not happen to me, but I lost the power in the middle of an highway it is a disaster. On the way out of the dealership, ridiculously it did not start again, and they jump started the car.
