Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2018 Ford Focus. The contact stated she noticed the vehicle was not shifting correctly while driving. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the clutch was replaced, but the failure recurred several times. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline to file a complaint. The failure mileage was 88.
