The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated while driving at 30 MPH, the contact suffered a blackout and struck the side rail causing major damage to the front end of the vehicle. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed. The contact had several injuries. The contact was able to drive the vehicle home. The dealer was not contacted.
