Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2011 Ford Fiesta. The contact stated while attempting to shift the vehicle into reverse, the vehicle failed to respond. The check engine and an unknown warning light illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and the contact was informed that the transmission module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was 111,000.
