The contact owns a 2014 GMC Acadia. The contact stated while walking to the vehicle to start the vehicle, she became aware that the hatch back was up, and all the doors were unlocked. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or independent mechanic. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 126,000.
