Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the steering wheel started to shake abnormally. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the front outer drag-link socket needed to be replaced; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact to take the vehicle back to the dealer for assistance. The failure mileage was 16,801.
