Consumer Description

I have a manufacturer defect on my car. The piece of the car's body which goes around the tire and connects to the bumper does not connect right because there is not connector on the bottom of this piece, like there is on the rest of this piece. It often comes lose and it separates, which is very scary when I get out of my car and see that I have a piece of my cars' body separated from the body of the car. I'm scared when I take the freeway or bit a bump on the road. Please help me with this problem.
