Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2019 Acura RDX. The contact stated that after she exited the vehicle, her husband closed the front passenger’s side door, and she heard a crack. The contact stated that the rear window had shattered. The dealer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed that the glass could be ordered; however, the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed that the warranty had expired. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
