Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-150. The contact stated that on several occasions while the vehicle was shifted into reverse(R), the Back Over Prevention camera failed to operate. The contact stated that the screen display either a distorted or a blank image. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed that the VIN was not included in a recall. The failure mileage was 82,300.
