Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while approaching a traffic light, the contact noticed that the air suspension warning light had illuminated, then the vehicle lost motive power and stalled. The contact attempted to jumpstart the vehicle, but the vehicle would not restart. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and the contact was informed that the alternator and battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the vehicle was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 17V435000 (Electrical System). The failure mileage was 100,000.
