Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 Ford Escape. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the headlights became dim. The sunroof, Auto Start/Stop feature and traction control became inoperable. The contact stated that the check engine and traction control warning lights were illuminated. Additionally, coolant was leaking from the vehicle. The contact was able to add additional coolant to the vehicle. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 72,000.
