Consumer Description

- unknown what system or component failed? - while awaiting to make a left turn from left turn lane with two vehicles in front and unknown number of vehicles behind me, vehicle suddenly shut off - problem has not been reproduced or confirmed by dealer, nor has shut off re-occurred since first incident October 26, 2022 - vehicle or component has not been inspected by others - there were no warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms prior to the failure on October 26, 2022, the vehicle just seemed to quietly idle down and stop
