The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fiesta. The contact state while driving 60 MPH, the rear passenger’s side door inadvertently unlatched. The contact stated that once he arrived home, he noticed the door was not latched correctly. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the contact was informed that the door latch would not be replaced. The contact was informed that the latch was already repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 2,500.
