The contact owns a 2020 Ram 3500. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V880000 (Fuel System, Diesel) and the vehicle was taken to the dealer who performed an inspection test and informed the contact that the vehicle had failed the inspection. However, the parts to do the recall repair were not yet available. The contact stated that the dealer informed her that the manufacturer was shipping one part per week. The contact stated that she stopped driving the vehicle. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. Parts distribution disconnect.
