Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-350. The contact stated that while her husband was reversing out of the driveway, the rearview back-up camera display was inoperable causing a visibility hazard for the driver who inadvertently drove into the mailbox. During the failure, the mailbox and the rear tailgate of the vehicle were damaged. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 70,000.
