The contact owns a 2021 Hyundai Palisade. The contact stated that while having a routine oil change and service, the local dealer informed her husband about NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V633000 (Trailer Hitches) and that the remedy was not yet available however, her husband was informed that he could remove the fuse to prevent the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the issue but provided no additional assistance. Parts distribution disconnect.
