The contact owns 2021 Hyundai Palisade. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V180000 (Visibility, Wiper) and 22V633000 (Trailer Hitches). The contact stated that the fuse was removed from the tow hitch, rendering the tow hitch inoperable. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but declined to provide assistance.
