Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-350. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle would hesitate and enter into Limp Mode upon depression of the accelerator pedal. The contact stated the wrench warning light had appeared on the instrument panel. The contact called the dealer and was informed that his vehicle was not under recall. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and was given a case number. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 130,000.
