Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2011 Ford Fiesta. The contact stated while driving approximately 60 MPH, the transmission failed to operate as designed. The contact also stated while attempting to accelerate, the vehicle failed to respond. The contact stated that the transmission control module and another unknown warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 135,000.
