Consumer Description

My windshield wipers snapped off in the middle of a storm. I had them replaced and submitted all the paperwork to GMC. They have not reimbursed me. The reference number with GMC is: [XXX], 2015 GMC Recall Follow Up Dear [XXX], Thank you for contacting GMC Customer Service.
