Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while driving 55 MPH, the vehicle started shaking abnormally. The contact stopped the vehicle and waited before proceeding. The contact then drove over a bump in the road and the vehicle started shaking again. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 31,000.
