Consumer Description
2013 RAM 1500. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARD TO DELAY WITH THE HORN. THE CONSUMER STATED THE HORN HAD A SIGNIFICANT DELAY BETWEEN BEING PRESSED AND BEING HEARD.
