JAYCO. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARD TO NHTSA SAFETY RECALL 21V-685. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS PERMANENTLY PARKED. THEREFORE, UNABLE TO HAVE THE VEHICLE REPAIRED FREE OF CHARGE.
