The contact owns a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated while driving 18 MPH and approaching a stop sign and depressing the brake pedal, she began to hear an abnormal noise and the vehicle stalled. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact was able to restart the vehicle after 8 minutes and drove to her destination. The contact called an independent mechanic and made them aware of the failure. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The contact called Flemington Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM (204B US-202, Flemington, NJ 08822: (908) 760-6225) and Reedman Toll Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat of Langhorne (1700 Lincoln Hwy #103, Langhorne, PA 19047: (215) 757-4961) and made them aware of the failure.
