The contact owns a 2013 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the rear windshield shattered. There was no impact to the rear windshield that could have caused it to shatter. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 91,000.
