The contact owns a 2013 Ford Taurus. The contact stated while starting the vehicle there was a failure with the power steering. The power steering module fault warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and diagnosed with power steering gear failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but offered no assistance.
