Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that she turned off the vehicle and left the ignition key in the ignition switch; however, the radio light and unknown instrument panel lights remained illuminated. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.
